Bob’s expertise includes driving strong processes, innovation, and operational excellence in conjunction with a strong business strategy to produce high growth and extreme customer satisfaction. He is committed to strengthening relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction, enhancing quality and speed of services, and driving innovation across the product offerings to position ContinuumCloud as a leader in the behavioral health space with a suite of best-in-class software solutions.
Andy McCraw
GENERAL MANAGER, WELLIGENT & CAREDFOR
As the General Manager overseeing Welligent EHR and CaredFor, Andy McCraw drives product innovation to maximize the value clients get from using these solutions. He coordinates between customer needs, product roadmap items, and development initiatives to maintain Welligent and CaredFor as cutting-edge solutions for behavioral health organizations.
Andy is one of the original founders of Welligent EHR and helped develop this system as one of the first cloud-based, multi-tenant software systems designed for school nurses and mental health therapists. He continues to drive innovation across products to provide best-in-class EHR and patient engagement solutions at ContinuumCloud.
Shai Fiss
CHIEF TECHNOLOGY & AI OFFICER
As CTO and CAIO, Shai oversees and sets the strategic direction for the Technology organization at ContinuumCloud, including research and development, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud infrastructure, and security and compliance. He has extensive experience delivering technology, product, and operational transformations for high-growth SaaS companies.
Prior to ContinuumCloud, Shai led Nuvem Health through a period of rapid growth, developing an effective and scalable tech stack to support their success. Shai specializes in translating highly technical concepts into big-picture results, with a focus on improvements that create a better client experience. He brings a wealth of AI knowledge to the team and will drive future innovation of ContinuumCloud’s product offerings.
Craig Levy
CHIEF REVENUE OFFICER
Craig leads the Sales and Account Management teams at ContinuumCloud, providing the strategic vision to steer the company toward its revenue goals. He has a wealth of knowledge and extensive experience in leading revenue functions for enterprise healthcare SaaS organizations.
Craig’s track record includes a notable collaboration with Battery Ventures, and most recently ResMed, where he spearheaded revenue operations for a software company specializing in solutions for the post-acute market including: home health, hospice, and private duty home care. This experience has honed his ability to drive growth and maximize revenue streams in the healthcare technology sector – expertise that he now brings to ContinuumCloud to deliver best-in-class solutions to behavioral health organizations.
Brad Nelson
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Brad has over 30 years of extensive SaaS experience in finance and operations management, particularly within private equity-backed technology companies. In his most recent role as CFO of Integrated Practice Solutions, he demonstrated his ability to drive substantial growth, leading the EHR company to become the #1 player in its market.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, providing him with a strong foundation in strategic leadership. Brad's impressive career also includes leadership positions in the solar and biotechnology sectors, where he achieved remarkable results. His diverse expertise makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Jim Madden
EVP, MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Jim’s priority is on high value attainment for clients, developing the solutions and providing the service they need through ContinuumCloud’s product offerings. From product through customer success, Jim’s focus is always on value attainment for clients.
At ContinuumCloud, Jim helps build alignment across product, marketing, and sales teams to drive innovation and enhance the customer experience. His expertise as a tech executive in high-growth environments makes him an essential asset as ContinuumCloud continues to scale. He has extensive SaaS experience leading product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams, with a keen ability to listen to and understand client needs – and translate them into actionable insights.
MaryJane Craig
GENERAL MANAGER, DATIS E3
MJ Craig serves as the General Manager of DATIS e3, where she plays a pivotal role in shaping the future of the platform. With her deep understanding of product dynamics and a keen ability to translate complex customer needs into actionable strategies, MJ is dedicated to positioning DATIS e3 as the premier HCM & Payroll solution specifically designed for behavioral health organizations.
With over a decade of experience at DATIS and ContinuumCloud, MJ has been instrumental in the platform’s growth and success. Her innovative approach and forward-thinking vision have played an essential part in driving product enhancements that evolve the platform and support behavioral health leaders in achieving their mission. Under her leadership, DATIS e3 is not only advancing as a top-tier solution but also setting new standards for excellence in the industry.
Kim Boulahanis
VP OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Kim is committed to advancing HR practices and advocating for positive change to support the teams at ContinuumCloud. Kim has extensive experience leading strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement and talent development to enable high-quality, cost-effective, value-based care. With her expertise and enthusiasm, Kim plays a pivotal role in shaping ContinuumCloud’s culture as they continue to scale.
Kim holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM CP). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves as Advocacy Captain. Additionally, she is the Director of Legislative Affairs – Federal on the HR Florida State Council, where she connects with legislators to help contribute to important discussions and legislative initiatives related to the workplace.
