Go the Extra Mile for Mental Health

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, join us to go the extra mile for mental health! All month long, we’ll share virtual challenges, resources on mental health, and more to spread the word. Take the pledge to promote your mental health with us, and we’ll donate $10 to NAMI for every person who registers.

Whether it’s exercise, meditation, cooking healthy meals, or however you choose to practice self-care, we encourage you to make your mental health a priority this month. All the information you need to join the challenge is provided below.

The National Alliance on Mental Illness provides advocacy, education, support, and public awareness so that all individuals and families affected by mental illness can build better lives.
