HCM Sales Engineer

As a Sales Engineer at ContinuumCloud, you will be a critical link between our product offerings and our clients. You will work closely with the Account Executives to understand the needs of potential clients and demonstrate how DATIS’ solutions can meet those needs. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities to deliver tailored solutions that resonate with our target audience in the behavioral health and human services sectors.

What You Bring to the Role:

  • An understanding of HCM (HR & Payroll) software, ideally in Health & Human Services
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on client needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proactive in learning and staying ahead of industry changes and technological advancements.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

Technical Expertise

  • Develop a deep understanding of DATIS’ product offerings.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, compliance requirements, and competitive products within the behavioral health and human services space.

Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and qualify client needs and design solutions that address those needs.
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations, webinars, and presentations tailored to the specific needs of prospects.
  • Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with detailed and accurate technical information.

Solution Design

  • Translate client requirements into comprehensive solution designs, clearly articulating how DATIS’ products meet those requirements.
  • Work closely with product management and engineering teams to align client needs with product capabilities and roadmaps.

Demo Environment Management

  • Maintain, configure, and update the product demo environment to ensure it accurately reflects the latest features and capabilities of DATIS’ solution.
  • Configure demo environments for specific client presentations, ensuring that they showcase relevant functionalities and use cases.
  • Troubleshoot any issues within the demo environment to ensure smooth and seamless demonstrations.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Partner with marketing and product teams to contribute to the creation of sales collateral, technical whitepapers, and other supporting materials.
  • Provide feedback from client interactions to influence product development and enhancements.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

  • Assist in the training of sales staff on product features, competitive advantages, and industry-specific challenges.
