The position control function of this software is unique to all products we reviewed. It mirrored a manual system we had been using for years to insure financial control and funder compliance. Frequently Asked Questions

ContinuumCloud’s HCM & Payroll platform (DATIS e3) is a unified, cloud-based workforce management solution built specifically for behavioral health and human services organizations. It centralizes HR, payroll, time & attendance, benefits, talent management, and business intelligence into one integrated system.

Payroll is fully automated and receives input directly from time & attendance. It handles complex pay scenarios—such as multiple assignments, shift differentials, and varying pay rates—while enabling preview and analysis before processing to reduce errors and ensure timely payout.

The HCM platform includes comprehensive HR features: applicant tracking and recruiting, onboarding, credential tracking, performance check‑ins, and employee self-service portals for leave requests, personal info, and more—all automated to boost HR efficiency.

With Position Control, your organization can budget, monitor, and manage positions rather than individuals. It offers clear labor cost insights by department and program, improving vacancy tracking, funding decisions, and workforce planning.

The platform delivers robust business intelligence tools, including over 70 out-of-the-box standard reports and the ability to build custom reports. Real-time dashboards provide visibility across workforce operations to support strategic decisions.
