As CEO of ContinuumCloud, Bob sets the strategic direction for the company. With a remarkable track record of scaling companies sustainably to maximize their impact, Bob is a successful healthcare leader who brings a wealth of knowledge to ContinuumCloud.
Bob’s expertise includes driving strong processes, innovation, and operational excellence in conjunction with a strong business strategy to produce high growth and extreme customer satisfaction. He is committed to strengthening relationships with clients to improve customer satisfaction, enhancing quality and speed of services, and driving innovation across the product offerings to position ContinuumCloud as a leader in the behavioral health space with a suite of best-in-class software solutions.
Brad has over 30 years of extensive SaaS experience in finance and operations management, particularly within private equity-backed technology companies. In his most recent role as CFO of Integrated Practice Solutions, he demonstrated his ability to drive substantial growth, leading the EHR company to become the #1 player in its market.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, providing him with a strong foundation in strategic leadership. Brad’s impressive career also includes leadership positions in the solar and biotechnology sectors, where he achieved remarkable results. His diverse expertise makes him a valuable asset to our team.

Brian Kennedy
GENERAL MANAGER, DATIS
Brian Kennedy is the founder of DATIS and a pioneering architect of workforce management solutions for the health and human services industry. Over a career spanning more than 25 years, Brian built DATIS from the ground up, serving as Chief Software Architect and later Chief Product Strategy Officer following its integration into ContinuumCloud. His deep expertise lies in aligning complex people strategies with business objectives through innovative software design.
Brian is now the General Manager of DATIS at ContinuumCloud. Drawing on his unparalleled knowledge of the product and the industry, he is focused on driving the next chapter of DATIS, ensuring the platform continues to provide the unified HR, payroll, and talent management tools that empower mission-driven organizations to thrive.
Fields Jackson serves as Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, where he leads go-to-market strategy and commercial execution for the company’s healthcare technology solutions and services. With extensive experience scaling SaaS platforms in complex healthcare environments, Fields is focused on helping provider organizations strengthen operations, expand access to care, and deliver better outcomes in the communities they serve.
With more than a decade of leadership in healthcare technology, Fields has a proven track record of building high-performing teams and aligning technology solutions to the operational, clinical, and financial priorities of healthcare organizations. He is passionate about partnering with providers to support sustainable growth and extend the reach and impact of quality care.

Grant Hoffman

Grant Hoffman is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of leadership in healthcare technology. With a career spanning influential roles at Ernst & Young, Truven Health Analytics, and a long-tenured leadership chapter at Connecture, Grant has a proven track-record of bridging the gap between complex software solutions and high-impact client service delivery.
As the General Manager of Welligent at ContinuumCloud, Grant leverages his extensive expertise in healthcare software and digital transformation to lead the Welligent EHR division. He is dedicated to advancing the platform’s capabilities to help behavioral health and human services organizations streamline their operations and enhance the quality of care provided to their communities.
Jim Madden is the leader of CaredFor, the standard patient engagement and outcomes application serving addiction treatment organizations. Jim is a Northeastern University graduate with past roles as CEO and GM of publicly traded, multi-national organizations. He has extensive AI and SaaS leadership experience at companies including Five9 and Nuance.
Jim is focused on driving client value through innovation, AI-powered technology, and measurable treatment outcomes.

Kim Boulahanis

Kim is committed to advancing HR practices and advocating for positive change to support the teams at ContinuumCloud. Kim has extensive experience leading strategic initiatives focused on employee engagement and talent development to enable high-quality, cost-effective, value-based care. With her expertise and enthusiasm, Kim plays a pivotal role in shaping ContinuumCloud’s culture as they continue to scale.
Kim holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM CP). She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and serves as Advocacy Captain. Additionally, she is the Director of Legislative Affairs – Federal on the HR Florida State Council, where she connects with legislators to help contribute to important discussions and legislative initiatives related to the workplace.
MJ serves as the Chief Performance Officer at ContinuumCloud. In this position, she is responsible for overseeing the company’s operational metrics and leading transformative projects to drive continued growth and enhance customer satisfaction. This new role builds upon a distinguished tenure, which includes most recently serving as the General Manager of ContinuumCloud’s DATIS division.
MJ is known for her ability to align strategic vision with operational execution, ensuring a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
