He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, providing him with a strong foundation in strategic leadership. Brad’s impressive career also includes leadership positions in the solar and biotechnology sectors, where he achieved remarkable results. As the General Manager overseeing Welligent EHR and CaredFor, Andy McCraw drives product innovation to maximize the value clients get from using these solutions. He coordinates between customer needs, product roadmap items, and development initiatives to maintain Welligent and CaredFor as cutting-edge solutions for behavioral health organizations.

Andy is one of the original founders of Welligent EHR and helped develop this system as one of the first cloud-based, multi-tenant software systems designed for school nurses and mental health therapists.
